GOP Stop Sending Your Players Out With Their Shoelaces Untied

This morning Lee asked a GOP strategist to comment on the shootings in Australia, at Brown University, and in Syria. The strategist called them tragedies and rambled on about how we all deserve a better world. What a waste of valuable air time and hundreds of thousands of listening ears.

I jotted down a few notes during the interview. Based on the facts as the media has provided us:

  1. Australia has strict gun control. Nevertheless, two gunman managed to shoot about 57 people. Gun control doesn't work.

  1. The shooters at Bondi Beach were of Mideastern descent and targeted Jews. The civilian who disarmed one of the shooters, and was shot himself, was of Mideastern descent. Vet everyone.

  1. Although the Justice Department, FBI, ICE, and Border Patrol are focusing on real threats in one arena, there is no way that the agency chaos producers are weeded out. Find and weed.

  1. The Democrats love violence. Violent rhetoric, constantly and infamously, used in public, on the floor, in their dreams . . . Pick from the many examples and use them.

  1. The Democrats love violence; you can't say it enough. Ideological incubators, known as universities and colleges, have suppressed free speech by conservatives and encouraged, by toleration, violence by the left.

  1. A huge trip over the laces this morning: Democrats own the media, so monitor the media. For example, a headline from the-independent: "Brown University victims were aspiring neurosurgeon and family's "bright light.' " She was also head of the campus GOP. Seems like the strategist should have mentioned that off the bat.

National and CT GOP, get a game plan. And please make sure your players tie their shoelaces before they wander onto the field.
